The Academy Coach Institute is a two-day learning experience for coaches at all levels, providing opportunities for both differentiated and collaborative learning. New academy coaches will learn how to serve as liaisons between district, school, business, and civic leaders by developing understanding and appreciation of all critical roles within and without their schools. Experienced academy coaches will hone their skills in maintaining successful relationships and partnerships, navigating leadership and program change, and facilitating effective school and community teams. Participants will interact with Nashville Hub practitioners and Academies of Nashville academy coaches through learning sessions, interactive work and a school visit.
