This October, the Hub hosted its inaugural Academy Coach Institute here in Nashville, with attendees from communities all over the country. Participants went on a school visit, engaged with active Academy Coaches and local business partners, and went on deep dives into the implementation of the Academy Coach role.
According to event surveys, 100% of participants agreed that the learning sessions provided useful content, practices and/or resources that they can apply in their own community. 100% of participants also reported that the school visit helped them better understand the basics of the academy model and the role the Academy Coach plays.
